Reconnect the three FFC cables to the mainboard. Reconnect the Microphone cable to the Mainboard as shown.
Detach the Bluetooth module cable from the mainboard. Disconnect the speaker cable from the mainboard. See Removing the Mainboard on page Release the locking latch on A as shown.

Disconnect A from the Mainboard. Disconnect the Bluetooth to Mainboard Acer TravelMate C110 Hotfix Module. Remove the one 1 screw securing the Mainboard to the Lower Cover. Lift the Mainboard from the side opposite the connector bracket, then remove it from the Lower Cover. Disconnect the Fan cable from the Mainboard. Disconnect the Bluetooth cable from the Mainboard.
Open the locking latch on the FFC and disconnect it from the Mainboard. Disconnect the Speaker and Subwoofer cables from the Mainboard. Remove the three 3 screws securing the Mainboard to the Lower Cover. Pivot the Mainboard upward and remove it from the chassis, Acer TravelMate C110 Hotfix Module side first. Place the Mainboard on a clean, dust-free surface. Disconnect the fan cable from the Mainboard. Lift the Thermal Module clear of the Mainboard. Remove the two 2 screws in reverse numerical order from 2 to 1 securing the Graphics Card Heatsink to the Mainboard. Remove the single screw securing the Graphics Card to the Mainboard. Remove the Graphics Card from the Mainboard System board System board Ensure every connector is connected tightly and correctly.
Intermittent system hang problems can be caused by a variety of reasons that have nothing to do with a hardware defect, such as cosmic radiation, electrostatic discharge, or software errors. Turn the computer over and disconnect the following cables from the Mainboard.
Turn the Mainboard right side up, and place it on a clean surface. Using tweezers, grip the cable connector and disconnect the Fan cable from the Mainboard. Lift the Fan module clear of the Mainboard. Connect the Fan cable to the Mainboard. Place the Mainboard in the chassis, rear edge first, and press down to install. Replace the two securing screws as shown. NOTE Make sure the I O Acer TravelMate C110 Hotfix Module are positioned correctly through the lower cover, and the screw sockets are visible through the mainboard.
